1. Services
   • All customers looking to buy and sell credits on lovemmo.com will need to create a customer account in order to do this. Customers will be asked to provide some personal information when they create an account with us including but not limited to their name, surname, email address, billing address and they will also be asked to create a secure username and password. Customers need to have read and accepted these terms and conditions before they open an account. We will presume that all customers that open an account have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
   • The website lovemmo.com offers customers the option of both buying and selling MMO gold and credit on the website. Customers looking to buy credit may do so by accessing the online store which will require them to enter their login information.
   • Customers looking to use the platform to sell credit or gold will also need to login to accept a quote for the sale of their proposed goods.
   • We do not own or sell the games on this site, we only provide in-game tokens/currency.

2. Payments
   • All customers must pay the full price for all credits before these credits will be delivered to them.
   • Accepted forms of payment include Visa and Mastercard and all payments are encrypted before they are transmitted.
   • Payments for sales will be sent directly to the seller to their specified billing account and payments will only be sent as soon as the credits have been received or delivered on our end.
   • All invoices will be emailed to the customer’s account.

   • Customers agree to only provide accurate and complete billing information and agree to update this information as soon as possible if their billing information changes.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
   • All customers are advised to make sure that they are familiar with the refund proceedings before they make any transactions on lovemmo.com .
   • Refunds will only be considered in the event that the credits do not arrive, are faulty or if there has been an unforeseen technical issue which is not our fault.
   • If you want to request a refund, then this needs to be done within 24 hours of the customer receiving confirmation of their payment from us. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any refund requests that are made after this time period.
   • If you successfully obtain a refund, then the money will be reimbursed to the original account which you used to make the payment and it should arrive within two working days.
   • In the event that you want to cancel a transaction, please let us know as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after the invoice has been sent out.
   • We will aim to process all cancellation requests within 24 hours of receiving them.
   • Sales can not be cancelled once a quote has been agreed.

4. Delivery
   • All of the products purchased on lovemmo.com are delivered electronically.
   • Items will be delivered using the email address on the customer account and the email address which they have used to place the order.
   • Most items will be delivered via email and they should arrive within 24 hours of an order being processed.
   • Some items may be delivered via special delivery in-game. If your items will be delivered in this way, then you will be sent clear instructions on how to receive your purchased items in an email.
   • In the unlikely event that you have placed an order and it has been more than 24 hours and you have not yet received your items and/or instructions for their delivery, then please get in touch with us and one of our support team will look into this for you as soon as possible.

6. Terminations
   • Customers may terminate their account with lovemmo.com at any time by deleting their account by accessing the account settings when they are logged in.
   • We may ask that customers explain to us in writing why they have decided to remove their account, but this is not mandatory.
   • We may terminate the account of any customer at any time and without prior warning if any of these terms and conditions have been violated.
   • Only one account is permitted per person, and any customers or accounts found to have violated this will have their account suspended and further access to lovemmo.com blocked immediately and without prior warning.
